The Franchise version has a one-time set up charge for the franchisor with ongoing monthly charges per franchisee, and no annual maintenance cost. Customization can be done at any time at an hourly rate, with blocks of 100-hour customization work available at a discount. We require half the set up charge be paid to start the installation, with the balance due when installation is complete.
