Support includes two free online training sessions of up to 90 minutes each (at your office via GoToMeeting), and unlimited free ticketing and Chat Support. Call-in telephone support is provided at an hourly rate, though we frequently will call you in response to a support ticket or email, at no charge.

Further, built into the software are both complete and thorough tutorial guides, as well as over 60 short how-to tutorial videos for the factors module alone. The tutorial guides and videos are accessible as you use FactorFox.

Finally, we provide free regular webinars hosted by skilled FactorFox staff. A list of upcoming webinars is provided and pre-registration is needed.
