Management can allow all users in a factoring company to view and edit all pages, view and run all reports, and view and edit all clients in the data base. Alternately, with its Permissions feature, a company's primary user has the ability to assign staff people various permissions. This provides your company's ownership or management great flexibility as to who can view, enter, delete, edit, or have no access to key data. Likewise, permissions can be assigned to your clients for viewing particular pages, reports, etc. as well.

If you wish to host the data base on your own server, Enterprise is the version you need, which is essentially the Management version on your own server, with customization available to Enterprise subscribers.

Management is available with a 10-user license, leaving ample room for company growth as staff are added -- but without added cost. A "user" is a staff person of a factoring company with a unique login name, and staff can be located in or outside the main office. Access to the internet is needed from any location. An unlimited number of clients, customers, brokers, and lenders can be entered in the system.

To pay your ongoing subscription, you have the choice of billing frequency. After your free trial has concluded, your credit card is billed for the first subscription charge. Thereafter, your card is charged automatically when the next subscription payment is due. Thus you will not be invoiced and don't need to write a check for each payment, and your subscription renews automatically.
