We provide unlimited free support via our online ticketing system and live chat support; the "Submit Ticket" button on the right side of most pages on this web site takes you to the ticketing service. The "Live Chat" button can be used to ask any questions you have. Both are used in the data base program itself.

The above customer support with FactorFox is provided both when you are in your trial period and are a paying subscriber. In fact, when you begin your trial, we provide two courtesy training sessions using GoToMeeting to get your started on the right foot.

Actually, we really don't want you to start using FactorFox until you have had your training sessions. This is to make sure you are using it correctly and don't make rookie mistakes when you start out. This makes all us happier.

After your company's FactorFox users have used the program for a week or so and are more familiar with it, we provide two additional 30-minute sessions of training at no charge. Thus, we provide up to 4 hours of free training to subscribers (and unlimited free chat and ticketing support). When these four hours are used, further training can be obtained if needed for $100 per hour, charged in 15 minute intervals, or in a block of 4 hours for $295 (see below).
