With the training technology we use and because our software is simple to learn, you don't need to send someone to attend a training course thousands of miles from your office. That's a waste of your time and adds to the cost of other software packages.

Two initial free FactorFox Training Sessions are provided online via GoToMeeting (notice the link above). Once we receive your registration and your data base is created we will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time for the first training. Plan for 90 minutes per session. You will be given your login information at the time of your first training session.

Our training specialist will provide an overview of the program, then walk you through the basic entries to get you started. We want to be sure you make a few key entries correctly; if you just start using FactorFox without this free walk-through, you may make errors that could require you to re-enter your work later. We want you to make the best use of your time...and ours. Hence, the free training.

We ask that the person/s attending the training sessions be the same people who will be using the software. It's not a good use of our resources to train one person (usually the boss), and then be asked to train someone else later who will be making the entries. Please help us help you by using your training sessions efficiently this way.

After your company's FactorFox users have used the program for a week or so and are more familiar with it, we provide two additional 30-minute sessions of training at no charge. Thus, we provide up to 4 hours of free training to subscribers. When these four hours of free training are used, further training can be obtained if necessary for $100 per hour, charged in 15 minute intervals, or in a block of 4 hours for $295 (see below).
