The First Factoring Cloud Software Company
FactorFox has spent over 18 years perfecting factoring software. We started out as software run on a server. Over time, we evolved our product to become an actual software application compiled on a server farm and distributed over a secure private network.
FactorFox Software, LLC was started in 2002 by Jeff Callender. Jeff was a factor with many years’ experience buying receivables, and Robert Vasquez, a programmer who also had worked in the accounting field. The first two years were spent developing the concept, then coding and writing the first-ever web-native factoring software platform.
That product was released in 2004 and has matured steadily since. As technology improved and web browsers became more sophisticated, our company grew too. We partnered with strategic companies like RackSpace for our hosting and Iron Mountain as our software escrow company. We understand your data is extremely important and we take many steps to make sure you’re protected.
FactorFox has become a leader in the factoring software industry and is used reliably in the United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Columbia, Chile, Peru, Mexico and South Africa. FactorFox is a solution for all types of Factors – ranging from one-person shops and startups to complete franchises and factoring experts.
Origin
FactorFox was born from firsthand experience and was created by factoring professionals who knew the struggles all too well. They dealt with missing documents, tedious manual reviews, outdated portals, and the never-ending chaos of compliance. Most of all, they heard the frustration from clients constantly asking, “Where’s my money?” Instead of accepting these bottlenecks as part of the job, they set out to fix them. FactorFox wasn’t just built for the industry, it was built from it.

This time, they placed AI at the core, infused automation into every process, and made transparency a foundational feature, not an afterthought.
